There is a simple and quick way to check if you have the symptoms of ADHD. This test is called the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (or ASRS for short). This test is around 90% specific and sensitive (i.e. gets it right about 90% of the time) for identifying if someone has the symptoms of ADHD.
Remember, having the symptoms alone is not sufficient for a diagnosis, please see our diagnosis page for more details.
